At present, the width of the laminator is 2700mm and is compatible with all types of solar modules. The length is slightly different according to the customer's own capacity demand and plant planning. Most of them are between 7000mm-10000mm, and some customized models will be longer. It can be customized according to actual requirements.
Different materials (EVA/POE) have different use conditions, different parameters, and different user environments. These factors will lead to certain differences. Generally speaking, data are more common in the following range.
Glass/backsheet process time: 450S-540S; (Refers to the double chamber model, the processing time within one chamber)
Glass/glass process time: 600S-720S; (Refers to the double chamber model, the processing time within one chamber)
There are three methods to laminate glass/ glass module, not the only way to deal with it is to add a laminating tool.
a. Tooling is set on the periphery of the module.
b. Paste the corner guard at the four corners of the module.
c. In the long and short sides of the module with tape processing on glass surface.
Whether screw pump or vane pump, reasonable collocation can meet the needs of use.
a.Screw pump has more advantages in the treatment of gasification of EVA residual glue, and the frequency of maintenance is lower.
b.Rotary vane pump in the treatment of gasification of EVA residual glue, the vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced regularly.
