Loading stage

Adopt a whole piece of PVC belt for conveying, stable transmission accuracy location.
Laminating stage
The pneumatic lifting method makes the system stable and achieved the goal of lower energy consumption, cleanliness and time-saving.
The conveying mechanism adopts chain transmission, Mechanical limit switch positioning, and higher precision.
Upper and lower Teflon sheets are with high efficiency of cleaning structure to keep the Teflon cloth clean.
Two laminating stages adopt linkage mode to improve the repetition accuracy of module location.
Each chamber of the laminator can be used independently without mutual interference.
Unloading stage
Gear motor drive, frequency changer control, stable transmission, accuracy location.
Adopt a whole piece of PVC belt for unloading, the ending of the unloading stage adopts photoelectric sensor positioning modules to prevent falling.
